Winemaking and aging
The grapes are fermented in new French oak barrels of various origins: Nevers, Tronçais, Allier… The malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels where the wine will remain for 3 to 4 months before bottling.
Straw yellow colour with amber tonalities. Highly intense and very persistent aroma, notes of fruit and smoke. In the mouth, it is round, broad, silky and elegant.
