The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French and American oak barrels.
Tasting note
Intense and vivid colour that recalls the leaves of garden cherry trees. In the nose, notes of black pepper and touches of aromatic herbs.
Although powerful, the wine is fresh and transmits mineral coolness. Lingering aftertaste in the mouth.

1.5 hectares of a single vineyard at an altitude of 400 meters.
