In 1988, we decided to plant six hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon and four hectares of Merlot with the intention of producing our own Clos Montblanc Reserva.<\/p>\n<p><b>Winemaking and aging<\/b><br \/>\nThe grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature set between 25 and 28 C. After maceration with the skins, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasting note<br \/>\n<\/b>Reddish purple colour, clean and brilliant. Complex aroma (tobacco, black fruit, coffee, peat). In the mouth, it feels broad, round and well-structured.
