Apr\u00e8s la mac\u00e9ration, la fermentation mal\u00e9olactique a lieu dans des f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane fran\u00e7ais avant transfert dans des f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain pendant 12-14 mois pour l\u2019\u00e9levage.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note de d\u00e9gustation<br \/>\n<\/b>Robe couleur cerise grenat intense. Ar\u00f4me qui allie l\u2019\u00e9levage avec le fruit noir et une note \u00e9pic\u00e9e. En bouche, il est charnu et puissant, avec des notes \u00e9pic\u00e9es et balsamiques. Persistant et long.<\/p>\n<p><b>Type de vigne<\/b><br \/>\n3,5 hectares de sol calcaire et \u00e0 texture argileuse sur terrasse alluviale qui entoure le cellier.
