The exclusive presence of Trepat in our cavas grants them a unique personality, since Conca de Barberà is the largest producer of grapes and base wines from this local variety. Minimum aging 10 months in bottle.
Tasting note
We can enjoy a cava with a suggestive pink cherry colour. Clean and brilliant, with smooth, abundant bubbles. Fresh strawberry aromas, typical of this variety, can be found, appearing in the mouth in a lingering way to allow us to perceive their harmony and smoothness.
