Winemaking and aging
Cava made from year-old grapes. Its second fermentation follows the traditional method, aging horizontally in bottles on racks (“en rima”) for 12 to 18 months.
A brilliant, pale yellow colour and with vivid, golden highlights, this cava offers us fine, abundant bubbles. With a delicate aroma whose varietal hints interweave with the aging bouquet, it is a round sparkling with a firm structure, fresh, friendly and clean.
