After gentle pressing, the must is debourbaged and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at a controlled temperature between 14 and 18 °C.
Pale yellow colour, clean and brilliant. In the nose, notes of peach and pineapple stand out. In the mouth, it is fresh with crisp acidity. Powerful fruit and intense finish.
