The first experience

Winemaking and aging
The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature set between 25 and 28 C. After maceration, the malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine remains 12 to 14 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting note
Red-purple colour. Aroma of ripe fruit and candy. Creamy, warm and round in the mouth.

Vines
A single, 4-hectare vineyard located below the Miramar Range, at an altitude of 400 metres.
